Erika Range is an emerging cultural heritage professional and conservator. She completed her undergraduate degree from Trent University in Anthropology, graduating with high honours in 2008. She has also completed a master’s degree from University College London (2010) in Principles of Conservation, and has recently completed the Cultural Heritage Conservation and Management program at Fleming College in Peterborough (2016). Erika is an accomplished technical illustrator, with her illustrations in publications in Canada, Germany, England and Italy. She also is a licenced research archaeologist with the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport. Erika currently works at the Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa. Erika also advocates for conservation and emerging conservators on the Advocacy Committee of the Canadian Association of Conservation of Cultural Property (CAC) and is Chair of the CAC's Emerging Conservator Committee.
