Viviana Dominguez is a specialist in the conservation of large-scale works of art on public places, wall paintings, and easel paintings. She has worked in the field since 1983, preserving national and monuments, and international works. She has broad experience in a large variety of materials and paint finishes, working with colleagues in the field of monumental sculpture and architectural conservation, including lime-based paint. Viviana has conducted surveys and assessments of collections for museums and art institutions, was contracted by the Smithsonian Institution as their paintings conservator specialist for the Haitian Cultural Recovery Project, and currently is one of the AIC National Heritage Responders. Viviana is based in Miami, Florida.
