Julia Sybalsky is an Associate Conservator at the AMNH, where she began working in January of 2010. She was an important contributor in the recently-completed renovation of dioramas in the Hall of North American Mammals and the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Hall. Julia's work supports the care of scientific collections and materials on exhibit, as well as the assessment of risks to collections and archive materials throughout the museum.  She is a recent graduate of The Conservation Center of the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, and an active member of the New York Regional Association for Conservation, coordinating social and instructional events for emerging professionals.
