Jen is currently a third-year graduate intern in the Painting Conservation Department at the National Gallery of Art, Washington. During the summer of 2017, Jen interned in the conservation of modern and contemporary paintings at the Phillips Collection in Washington, DC. Before starting her graduate studies in Buffalo, Jen was an objects and paintings conservation technician at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. She received a BFA in Visual Art from Tufts University and School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Jen also volunteered at Harvard University's Peabody Museum and was a conservation technician at the Cambridge Arts Council and with private conservator Rika Smith-McNally.
