Jerrad Alexander graduated from the Masters of Cultural Materials Conservation program at the University of Melbourne, VIC, Australia. He was previously a conservation technician on the Apollo F-1 Engine Recovery and Conservation project. He is a former United States Air Force Staff Sergeant, Aircraft Weapons Systems Specialist, and Flight Engineer. He is currently researching the long-term effects of modern corrosion inhibition and prevention procedures on aerospace vehicles for storage and museum collections. His primary focus is the translation and adaptation of procedures and materials used by operational aerospace entities for use within the conservation and museum preservation communities.
